No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
All CellTech Solutions product returns for refund will be accepted provided:
• The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
• The item is in original un-opened packaging, or:
• To return a product after installation, please make sure you have all original packaging including all plastics, boxes, sleeves, components, etc… Returns for refund will not be accepted without the above listed materials.
• If returning a product for a refund that has already been installed in your vehicle, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price when credit is issued.
• Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and checked by CellTech Solutions for any physical damage or missing components.
CellTech Solutions will pay shipping costs of returns submitted within 30 days of receipt if:
• Product is defective.
• Wrong product was shipped to customer.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE UNITED STATES: CellTech Solutions only ships within the United States and Canada . If you reside outside the United States or Canada we can refer you to a distributor in your country, state or province.
INTERNET SECURITY: CellTech Solutions is using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for transmitting credit card information. All personal information is sent in encrypted form until decoded by our servers. VeriSign, a trusted name in security, protects all our services.
CellTech Solutions has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect price and/or incorrect information, including product availability.
WARRANTY POLICY
Defective products will be replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty information, see manufacturer's detailed procedures.
CellTech Solutions handles all technical support and warranty exchanges for the THB Bury product line that is purchased from us within the United States or Canada . THB Bury is currently offering a 2-year warranty on their entire product line.
